Change and Trasformation are a common trend in all my career.
I embraced change management starting from my university career since my study course, Management Engineering degree, is defined as a change management engineering, which integrates a solid scientific and engineering background with economics and management.
My job experiences exposed me to different change management challenges. During my 4 years experience as a consultant I worked mainly in the Telecommunication industry, as part of a team of consultant which helped the management of a major European Telco Operator with a governance role, which meant coordinating the different projects of the company via PMO activities, reorganizations of the department or implementations of new processes, as well as proactively proposing improvements.
After this experience I joined an early stage fast growing start-up, in which I obtained, thanks to a fast career growth, the position of Chief of Staff to the CEO, which gave me the opportunity to actively shape the company and to lead trasformational projects impacting Sales and Operations.
